Peak-reaching Program
As the backbone of each industry module of the Group, “middle-level reserve cadres” have made important contributions to the development of the Group. Tamping the strength of the backbone talents is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of the enterprise. Based on the concept of “learn and develop, ascend a height and enjoy a distant view”, the Group’s Human Resources Department officially named the cultivation program of middle-level reserve cadres as “peak-reaching program” since 2017. Through a series of centralized and professional courses training, it aims to cultivate more excellent talents who are good at management and understand management.

“Pilot” Program
As the most important talent selection and training strategy, “Pilot” adheres to the concept of “let the world see you”, tailors for outstanding fresh graduates, and provides professional skills, thinking methods and other comprehensive training system and high-quality platform resources for every fresh graduate. It not only has 20 days of military training, 10 days of enterprise culture training, two months of factory experiential learning, but also a three-month fixed post internship and one-year post tracking to help new college students complete the rapid transformation from new employees in the workplace to elites of “Dongling” in the industry, and let the young generation can sail on the ship of Dongling and start a new career chapter.
