On February 8, Dongling Group's 2020 Annual Summary Recognition and 2021 Work Deployment Mobilization Conference was held in Crowne Plaza, Dongling. Members of the Group's board of directors, management team, commended personnel and employee representatives gathered together to summarize the achievements made in the past year and look forward to the development in the new year.

 


In order to actively respond to the requirements of the state and governments at all levels to prevent and control the epidemic, the meeting strictly controlled the number of people on the scene, and through the way of webcast, the whole process of the conference was broadcast live, 36400 people watched the grand occasion of the annual meeting online.

Li Heiji, first Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Dongling Group, Tong Mingke, Vice Chairman, Li Lei, Secretary of the Party Committee and President, Sun Hong, Group Director and General Manager of Smelting Corporation, Liang Baoping, Group Director and General Manager of Mining Corporation, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Chang Xiaohui, and Fang Jilin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group (Village) attended the meeting.

 


The meeting kicked off with the solemn national anthem. Li Lei, on behalf of the Group, made a summary report on the work of 2020, reviewed the new achievements made in various work in the past year, and put forward the goals and working ideas for 2021. He said that in 2020, in the face of the complex and changeable international situation and the continuous impact of the new crown epidemic, Dongling will implement the policy requirements of "six stability and six protection", implement the goal of "high-quality development", and create a new pattern of "domestic and international double cycles". With "management upgrading, talent empowerment, innovation drive and brand leadership" as the starting point, Dongling will overcome difficulties and develop steadily, with a total income of 130 billion yuan for the whole year, under the influence of the epidemic, it achieved positive growth; ranked 169th in the "Top 500 Chinese Enterprises" and 39th in the "Top 500 Chinese Private Enterprises", and handed over a satisfactory "Dongling Answer Sheet".
2021 is the 100 anniversary of the founding of the Party, the first year of the 14th five-year Plan and the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country, and a key year for Dongling Group's transformation, upgrading and brand reshaping. We should take high-quality development as the main line, reform and innovation as the guide, efficiency improvement as the core, management upgrading as the starting point, focus on commodity supply chain services, make full use of channel advantages, and strive to improve service capabilities, in-depth exploration of data resources, active creation of innovation ecology, construction of "5G intelligent" energy and mineral production base, "automatic digital intelligent" black colored manufacturing factory, "intelligent storage logistics ecological chain trade block chain" commodity value upgrading platform, "research institute innovation center" product and service model research and development innovation cluster of Dongling value ecosystem. I believe that as long as all Dongling people concentrate their efforts and go hand in hand, they will be able to "ride the wind and waves and create greater glory".

The conference commended the advanced models emerging from the group's work in 2020, and awarded 30000 yuan, 80000 yuan, 200000 yuan and 60000 yuan respectively to the group's human resources department, Lanzhou region of domestic trade steel company, Shaanxi dongling smelting co., ltd. and Shaanxi dongling property management co., ltd. who won the advanced collective. Yuan Rong and other 12 people who won the award of outstanding cadres will each be awarded 20000 yuan; for the group transformation office that won the 2020 special progress award, each person will be awarded 2000 yuan. 10000 yuan will be awarded to 100 people such as Cun Hongwei who won the advanced individual.
The advanced collective represents Zhao Xiaoqiang, general manager of Shaanxi Dongling Smelting Co., Ltd., the outstanding cadres represent Yang Kechang, general manager of the transportation company, the advanced workers represent Zhao Wenlong, director of the industrial service department of the black research institute of the strategic investment department of the group, and the advanced workers represent Guo Wei, deputy general manager of Cui Mu Coal Mine's anti-impact prevention, respectively.
On behalf of the board of directors of the group, Tong Mingke congratulated the advanced collectives and individuals who were commended, and paid tribute to the employees and families of Dongling who gave up reunion with their families and stayed in other places for the New Year due to the need of epidemic prevention and control. He said that 2020 is a very unusual year in the development history of Dongling Group, affected by the global new crown epidemic, Dongling's development has also encountered unprecedented challenges in more than 40 years. All Dongling employees concentrated their efforts, faced difficulties, took the initiative to attack, innovated and made breakthroughs, withstood various severe storms, and the pace of development resonated with the times. The main operating indicators and total income of the group achieved positive growth.


 


In 2021, the central government proposed to speed up the construction of a new development pattern with the domestic big cycle as the main body and the domestic and international double cycle promoting each other. We should focus on the non-ferrous and black main industries without deviation, change the passive into the active through reform, take the benefit as the center, take the high-quality development as the top priority, and create a good environment for production and operation. After the commendation meeting, Dongling Group's 2021 Spring Festival Celebration kicked off in a festive and warm atmosphere. Leaders and employee representatives gathered together to share the harvest and joy of the past year and talk about the new future of Dongling's development. The group meeting was presided over by Sun Hong.


 


Li Heiji delivered a passionate speech entitled "Embracing a Great New Era. He pointed out that the development of Dongling benefited from reform and opening up. Without reform and opening up, there would be no present Dongling. Everyone should be soberly aware that a new and great era has come quickly. We must seize this rare historical opportunity and embrace today's great era; a new organizational structure that everyone expects will clarify the way forward for us., We must use modern enterprise operation and management to let Dongling enter the fast lane of change, give full play to the advantages of core resources, and make many of the current "impossible" possible.

The programs compiled and performed by Dongling employees were brilliant, and the activity site was full of laughter. The poem recitation "One Hundred Years of Dongling, the Road to Dream" brought by the person in charge of the group's ten departments and one room is sometimes cadence, sometimes passionate and unrestrained. It reviews the hardships of Dongling's pioneering road with affectionate recitation and expresses the firm belief of Dongling in pursuing dreams for a hundred years. The female solo "I Love You China" expresses her love for the great motherland with beautiful singing; the dance "Priceless Sister" brought by the Human Resources Department turned the audience with a dynamic and cheerful rhythm ...... The cheerful dance, beautiful melody, and melodious singing show the energetic and positive spirit of Dongling employees.
