Exchange of Experience and Collision of Ideas, Dongling Group's First "Lingxian Lecture Hall"

On the afternoon of March 13, the Human Resources Department of Dongling Group organized the first phase of the 2021 voyage plan "Lingxian Lecture Hall", inviting Liang Baoping, director of the group and general manager of the mining company, Yuan Rong, director of the group's president's office, Jiang Yong, executive deputy general manager of the real estate company, and Liu Huiquan, general manager of Lue Steel Company, to give lectures. In order to allow colleagues who are in different places and cannot participate in offline teaching, this training is carried out by combining offline teaching with online distance teaching, with more than 100 people from the group, branches and subsidiaries participating in the study.
During the training, Liang Baoping, director of the group and general manager of the mining company, gave us a detailed explanation on the intelligent development of coal mines and described a new image of a modern coal mine. Yuan Rong, director of the group's president's office, visited Ningxia Iron and Steel Group and explained to everyone the incentive methods, system construction and intelligent manufacturing of Happy Ninggang, providing reference experience for the development of the group; jiang Yong, executive deputy general manager of the Real Estate Corporation, took the successful transformation of Yunlin Group as an example and introduced an intelligent old-age service operation and management system that integrates food, housing, leisure, medical care and 108 suitable aging designs. Liu Huiquan, general manager of a slight steel company, shared his experience in the process of enterprise management, showing a slight steel's bright sword spirit of "not afraid of difficulties and facing difficulties.

 


During the three-and-a-half-hour training, the lecturers linked theory with practice and cited others. The trainees devoted their attention and recorded carefully. What they gained was not only specific management methods, but also a way of thinking and a learning attitude. In the Q & A session after the lecture, the students also carried out study, discussion and exchange activities in groups under the guidance of the staff.

 


"Lingxian Lecture Hall" is the regular implementation carrier of Dongling Enterprise University's heavyweight training program, the Yuanhang Plan, which aims to provide a platform for cadres and employees to learn and exchange.
